The Bow Room serves an exquisite tasting menu which can be paired with an optional wine flight. With ingredients sourced from our own kitchen garden alongside the best local suppliers.
Head Chef Ian Doyle gained his first Michelin Star at the Cliff House Hotel in Waterford in 2021, he retained his star in 2022 before moving to the UK later that year.
Ian previously worked in Stockholm as Head Chef at the Michelin Star restaurant Oaxen Krog, and prior to that in Copenhagen's legendary Noma restaurant.

At Grays Court we are committed to providing fresh, high quality, locally and sustainably grown food. To this end, over the past several years, our Head Gardener, Jules Fern, has been extending the range of edible produce we grow alongside ornamentals in our half acre of garden. From heritage Yorkshire cultivars, such as Apple ‘Ribston Pippin’ and Rhubarb ‘ Brandy Carr Scarlett’ to traditional herbs, more unusual vegetables and edible flowers, all of our produce in the garden is grown organically.
